Even if you have never sailed before, Mystic’s Planned Sailing Communities allow you to safely sail the world as a group. Mystic’s Yachts are essentially large two bedroom yachts. Development and delivery of the first community of twenty (20) sailing yachts will begin in 2026.

Mystic Yachts Unveils the Future of Global Living: A 67-Foot Master-Planned Sailing Community by Julian Everitt

Princeton, NJ – January 27, 2026 – Mystic Yachts is officially disrupting the luxury maritime industry with the launch of the world’s first master-planned sailing community. Designed by the visionary naval architect Julian Everitt, Mystic Yachts is introducing a concept being hailed as the most revolutionary feature in the history of yachting: a self-sustaining, exclusive community of all-steel vessels that sail the world together.

Orders are now being accepted for the first 25 vessels, with the initial production run strictly limited.

A Mansion on the Water
The Mystic yacht is an imposing 67-foot all-steel masterpiece. The interior is designed to mirror the elegance and scale of a spacious two-bedroom luxury New York City apartment, featuring:

Two Large Suites: Two expansive private bedrooms, each featuring its own dedicated, high-end bathroom.

Grand Living Spaces: A massive, open-concept living room and a formal dining room designed for luxury living and entertaining.

Global Durability: The steel construction allows these vessels to safely navigate any corner of the globe—reaching remote, pristine destinations inaccessible to large cruise ships.

Safety, Support, and Expert Training
Nothing like this currently exists. Mystic Yachts removes the risks of solo sailing by creating a community environment. Owners sail as a fleet of 25 yachts, supported by:

Comprehensive Sailing Training: Every owner undergoes a rigorous, hands-on training program. This ensures that even those with zero prior experience can safely and confidently captain their own vessel.

Professional Fleet Support: The community is accompanied by an experienced Fleet Captain and five dedicated repair engineers who sail with the fleet to provide on-the-go maintenance.

Exclusive, Sustainable, and Global
Sailing is the most environmentally friendly way to explore the planet. To maintain the harmony of the fleet, entry is granted to approved members only through a rigorous application process.

Essentially think of living in your existing community but your community is able to sail the world that is Mystic Yachts Planned Sailing Community.

The simple answer is yes. In fact, Mystic Yacht sales are not targeting existing sailing yacht buyers. We are targeting a new group of people. Mystic 67 Master Planned Sailing Communities are designed for people that may be 100 percent new to sailing. We have several steps that will make our communities viable for new sailors. First, As part of our communities, or resident our communities have either experienced sailors or captains. These experienced community members will be a valuable resource for less experienced sailors. Second, before joining Mystic’s sailing community, potential residents will be required to complete classes that will learn them about sailing and make them safe travelers.

Yes, our sailing yachts are very large and open. Mystic 67 yachts are the equivalent of two bedroom apartments. Nothing like this exist on the market.

Mystic Master Planned Sailing Communities will sail all over the world. Nothing is like this. Mystic community members will travel to places that others only dream of.Our yachts are made of steel rather than fiberglass. We believe that steel provides much more safety to our residents and are a much better option for world sailing.

No. Mystic 67 Master Planned Sailing Communities are closed communities. In order to jo in the community, all residents must be approved by the developer Mystic Yachts. There is an application process.

No. Mystic 67 sailing yacht owners.

You can only customize the Mystic 67 yacht after you receive it. All of Mystic 67 sailing yachts that are delivered are exactly the same.

Yes. Repairing sailing yachts is a constant requirement in sailing the world. Our community will travel with several professional repairs to perform repairs and assist performing repairs. Our yacht owner association fees, will assist in paying the salaries of our experienced sailors and engineers.

Yes there is a fee. As of right now we do not have the exact amount of the fee, but we would expect it to be US $2,000 to US $5, 000 per month.

Yes, owning a sailing yacht is expensive. You should expect reserve US$20,000 to US$100,000 per year for maintenance expenses.

We pool all of our orders 20 to 25 at a time to build out a community. This also improves quality and cost of vessels.
